If you wanted to make your own pre-workout product, what would it include.
Here is what I would want in mines:
Peak ATP
Vitamin C 100mg
Icariin 35%
Therobromine 100 mg
Caffine 150 mg
cordyceps
3 grams of creatine monohydrate
2 grams of A-AKG
citrulline malate
2 grams of beta-alanine
grape-seed extract
red wine extract

That's quite a thorough preworkout formulation. Mine is much simpler, and it would look something like this:
2a,17a di methyl etiocholan 3-one, 17b-ol (10mg)
Beta-alanine (3g)
Taurine (5g)
B12 (400mcg)

Not really sure about exact measurements, but this is what I'd include:
Taurine
Caffeine
Creatine
Citrulline Malate
Beta Alanine
Deliciousness

except youd have to cycle it and have a PCT.......never liked the idea of PS/PH in a pre workout product. now if this was just a PH/PS product then id say bravo as the taurine and b12 are great additions....

Cycle, yes. However, I've found this at low doses does little in terms of noticeable suppression, and taken standalone would not require any PCT whatsoever.
