This feature is linked to the Product Label tab. We are constantly growing the ingredient database, as new products are being added to the site all the time.
Note that when the amount is displayed as "Unknown", the reason is that the manufacturer has not disclosed the amount, usually because the ingredient is part of a proprietary blend.
