Do you actually subscribe to this particular newsletter? There are so many out there and my inbox is already crammed. What would be the benefits of subscribing to this newsletter?

I do subscribe, but I wouldn't really recommend it, mostly just product pitches.

I am really glad that you answered the question what was in the newsletter, I was worried that was the case and thats a big part of why I don't subscribe to many newsletters anymore.

It would be nice to find a ezine or something that gave more information then the stuff you find on the news stands. I have a hard time finding good information on herbal supplements
