Being plaqued with tyroid issues I was looking for a supplement that offered good thyroid help. I am not hypo thyroid enough to need synthrol but I am on the slow end. I tried Bladderwrack which is a good herbal with great results the problem was I could only find in raw and had to either make a tea orplace it in capsules which I had no way of regulating the potency. I had a friend that suggested Sea Kelp instead it basically does the same thing yet upon reading up I found that the sea kelp is sometimes very poor depending on where it was produced. It appears that some coral calciums or sea kelps harvested in certain areas are irradiated. Now I am not sure if this is a great choice for me or not. Any thoughts on a good alternative, I purchase the Sea Kelp from The Vitamin Shoppe.
