which one do you use?
i currently (and have been) using BCAA's for a while now, Xtend.
i hear that EAA are more beneficial than BCAAs alone, so i am thinking about switching over to XF Vendetta for a while (EAA + Carbs) and maybe tossing some bulk BCAA in there as well.
any thoughts? what do you use/why?

I currently use Purple Wraath (EAA, BCAA, CM and BA) and I sometimes use Xtend. Honestly, I doubt you'd ever be able to tell a difference unless you analyzed use over a couple decades.
Here's what I can tell you, based on personal experience. Using excessive amounts of any amino acids within a short period of time (your workout) has a tendency to result in excretion of those aminos. This can be confirmed with an at home urinalysis test strip.
Data regarding consumption of carbs + aminos is pretty strong, so you can't go wrong there. However, Vendetta seems like a complete ripoff. You'd be much better off using something like 1 serving of Purple Wraath + 6 Tbsp dextrose, IMO.
I use Purple Wraath because it's an excellent value. One scoop gives me a sufficient supply of BCAA/EAA and some BA and CM to boot. At only around $0.50 per serving it's very affordable.

yeah. the only reason i dont use purple wraath is because i am not a fan of the taste. i have tried all versions (including the terrible original) and even the new lemonade ones, just not a big fan of them, its not right for me
