Don't really have a specific brand in mind, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with CLA, hhave been thinking of adding it to my diet for some lean gains. Any input would be awesome.

i have personally never used it, but to my understanding it doesnt do much for results unless taken in high doses (not sure what that would be) and it tends to get expensive when you get to the right dosage

Damn, thanks, it seemed attractive due to it being fairly cheap. Anyone else know anything about it?

my girlfriend took it for a month and it didn't do anything. Doesn't seem worth spending your money on really..
