I haven't researched it yet, but weren't there some concerns about one of the side effects of Powerfull being acromegaly from the increase in HGH levels?
It sounds like if that were really a side effect, then Powerfull is indeed raising HGH levels significantly - something I don't see happening.
As well, I am not sure that acromegaly in synthetic HGH users is a common side effect.
