i have used optium nutrition casein in the past, vanilla flavor. i personally really liked it, the flavor was creamy and the shake was made up pretty thick.

i recently bought 10lbs of ultrapeptide 2.0 tho, 4lb choc and pb, 4lbs cookies and cream, and 2lbs choc. the ingredient profile on that is amazing and i hear the taste is great, ill be sure to put up a review after i try them

I get the ON Casein when I have the money. Ultra Peptide is catching my interest though.

You honestly cannot go wrong with any flavor of muscle milk. My personal favorite is chocolate caramel pecan, but its a tough one to find.

just got my 10lbs of up 2.0 today. i tried the choc and pb and it was absolutely delicious. ill post here after trying the other flavors but i would say definitely go for up 2.0 if you have the money and need a good night time protein
