I like taking Universal Torrent with about 10 ice cubes so delicious.

It depends on what im drinkin, but i've been a fan lately of add Ice cubes to my whey shakes ( or Torrent) and blend it. It adds consistency and thickness which i enjoy.

If its something like creatine i stick to add some Ice water and Ice cubes but in a shaker.

Ice cold water for creatine and so on. Protein shakes are good with milk/ice or ice/water/Xanthan Gum. I'll add in some DaVinci flavoring for good measure, every now and then.
