Taste		does the trick as a protein shake+great taste BUT too many calories per scoop..


Muscle gain		I took one shake after each workout, I did gained a pound or two from it.
Taste		The taste is pretty close to the real chocolate.

Shakes	the whey is much more inferior than other shakes on the market due to the small amount of whey isolate that is found in this product.
