Taste		My first protein powder in a while, I have to admit I was not looking forward to the taste and I've never been one to get the correct mix

Mixes well		I play ice hockey everyday and I really like this before I hit the ice, gives me a nice boost and I never have to worry about clumping or lethargy, it takes care of me.


Recovery ability		I've actually started to run more, and its nice to have a protein powder like this with the amino acids to allow me to recover.


Taste		I honestly love just about every single flavor of the Syntha-6
