Recovery ability		And help greatly with recovery and down side its there are a lot of fillers as in creamers and corn syrup solids which I think is needed, and its a little higher on the calorie side

Suppressed appetite		For that reason alone I am giving it a rating of 9. I am going to finally take the plunge and use this as my after workout shake (I have a new born and sometimes after a workout I have no appetite so the fact that it has 400 calories per two servings is great) and probably still use ON's whey at night and during the day (due to it being a lot more cost effective.
