Muscle gain		Can't really speak too much about weight gain/loss, I was/am still in the phase where I'm trading fat for muscle.
Taste		I'd try other brands and find myself comparing the flavor to S6.

Taste		This is definitely one of my favorite protein flavors, the chocolate cake batter reminds me of a rich chocolate milkshake you'd get from an ice cream shop.


Taste		Out of all the flavors I have to say Chocolate is the best and in 2nd comes cookies n cream.
Mixes well		but most of the time I mix it with water and it always mixes well in my shaker cup.
Mixes well		All n all I've been very happy with it because it mixes well and doesn't make me bloated.
