Where Regular Creatine is Lacking

Upset stomach	As far as the active ingredient goes, it doesn't upset my stomach and the results appear to be on par with what I was anticipating from a CEE.


Value for money		Did Nothing.........waste of money, its better to get mono and just deal with the sides.


Pump		Get really good pump from it, just doing a light workout.

Muscle gain		but you don't gain fat,its only water,If you can tolerate about 7lbs of water while you double your muscle gains its well worth it, when I come off of the creatin, Im left with great gains and cuts,this is a great product,also creatin is a natural substance.

Value for money		Can't beat the price for 396 pills either.


Endurance		No difference what so ever with my strenght, endurance, muscle volume, tonus etc. Tried it for 2 weeks and I got back to good old micronized creatine (monohydrate from Optimum Nutrition).

Value for money		Now THAT's a product that always delivers :) I'll give it a 1 because even if the price is very low, it was still a waste of money for me :(


Endurance		I did not think much about it the first few workouts, just thinking I am having a good day...but after 3 and 4 workouts and then more I noticed my workout were full of energy and stamina I did not have before.
