Value for money		Real Mass is a better value than most, and it is extremely low in sugar which means the carbs in this gainer come from good sources and not from random sugars like you'll find in mutant and other crap gainers.

Texture		That being said, this stuff is the best gainer I have tasted to date (some I have tried include NLarge2, Quick Mass, Procomplex and something by GNC back in the day...i think i ate it with a spoon it was that thick).

Value for money		I'm a cheapskate and wanted to make it last a little longer, so I reduced the servings to 2 scoops rather than the suggested 3.5.
