Muscle gain		Some awesome stuff been using it for two weeks and already gained 6 lbs of muscle...so if you're the type of person who is looking to gain nice solid weight then this is the stuff for you.


Taste		I got two tubs of this, took 3 shakes a day on top of food consumption, didn't put on the weight I expected too, it was more fat then lean muscle which I was going for as well...tastes very good, almost wanted to have 4 shakes a day


Taste		One problem, both tubs were banana cream and every time I went from a shake to a real banana, the real banana tasted gross because I got used to the sugary taste of the banana shakes.
