Pump		I get a crazy pump from using 3 pills 3Xa day.


Vascularity		but after two weeks of Nitrix I was working out harder, vascularity was coming in more clearly (especially in my claves and forearms!)

Muscle gain		I have had better gains with this vasodialator than anything else that I have taken.


Recovery ability		I felt the recovery of the muscle was limited due to the minimal intake of glutamine per manufactures directions.


Vascularity		My veins are naturally big and dialated which is my personal theory of why this didnt work for me.
Vascularity		The only person I'd ever recommend this too is someone with constricted veins, perhaps the NO would benifit them a little more.

Headache	but give me a stomach ache reguardless of how emptey or full my stomach was, and a headache that lasted days after just taking 2 or 3 pills.

Vascularity		Did not seem to increase vascularity at all,... Gave me head aches... Probably because of the total AAKG in both the No xplode and Nitix combined with the caffiene... Overall a waste to me!


Pump		but I think it was all in my head, I felt I needed nitrix for a pump.

Pump		I stacked it with Xplode and Cellmass and I didn't really feel the day long pump!
Value for money		Kinda felt like it was a waste of money.
