Taste		i don't know if it helps with performance, because i only drink it for the taste.


Taste		I stack Cytomax with TRAC so the Pomegranate Berry taste combines with the the Grape taste of the TRAC which is really pretty good,
Value for money		but it's cheap/lasts a long time and has helped me to train harder and longer.


Physical energy		My energy rush kicked in 20-30mins after I started drinking it, and it felt great.

Strength		I have been using Cytomax GoGrape for years as hydration, electrolyte replacement and caloric intake for bicycle training and racing.

Endurance		Once I started using Cytomax, I noticed an improvement in my endurance level as well as my hydration (which is VERY important in the desert).
Thermogenic effect		I ride a mountain bike 25+ miles daily through the mean streets and deserts of Tempe, Arizona where the temperature can exceed 115 degrees.
