Texture		i think this is by far the best protein i've taken, great flavor, great consistency and the amount of grams of protein it contains is just amazing, i take it right after my workouts and i add a scoop of creatine and another one of glutamine, this helps me recover faster.

Taste		This protein is deffintly my favorite that I have ever had it mixed really easy has a good taste in milk or water and has 60 grams per serving of isolate, I really don't think any protein will be topping this one I'm very pleased with it and will be buying again

Texture		Given the varied protein sources, I'm surprised it's so thin when mixed with water.

Muscle gain		Over the 3 years that I have used the product, I have gained 11 pounds of lean muscle mass and shed 6% body fat with continued exercise and by adding this protein to my diet (80 grams per day).

Recovery ability		Contains a good amount of glutamine for muscle recovery.
Value for money		Very high protein per serving for the price.

Taste		Any chocolate flavors is always natural in color and taste.
Taste		I like to take mine with always skim milk, because it give that really tasty chocolate milkshake taste and that by adding skim milk you get more protein out of it then there already is.
