Strength		I feel much stronger in the gym, and my bench press seems to be going up each week.

Gas or bloating	I haven't experienced any side effects such as bloating, or any of that bull****.

Mixes well		I bought the powder version of this stuff and I mixed it into Xtend as a pre workout drink...


Muscle gain		but I find taking the powder is a lot more effective and I see faster gains when using the powder compared to the pills.

Fat loss		although I'm not recommending it for someone who is planning to lose weight, coz it will increase the volume of your muscle.
Muscle gain		My muscle has increased after 2-3 weeks, I can feel and see that its working
