Recovery ability		I find I recovered quickly on this product the taste i find is excellent I don't understand why this product is getting such bad review from some people i would buy it again!

Taste		Actually really good taste!!! Mixed it with Arginine first time I took it and that was awful


Taste		Mixes and dissolves well and doesn't change the taste of the pre-workout (let it sit for a few minutes and it dissolves much better after shaking once more).

Strength		I stopped using a much more expensive creatine and switched to this at the end of my workout and I felt like I added size and strength compared to the "creAlkine" I was taking !

Recovery ability		Compared to other creatine products, I did not recover as quikly,
Taste		however, the primary reason that I am not rating this product very highly is the taste.


Pump		The Creatine in this doesn't get you a great pump, i didn't experience a major difference using it for a couple of weeks and wasn't a good form of Creatine.
Taste		It's extremely sweet and the after taste is horrible.


Muscle gain		This is the best creatine i've taken plus i get the bcaa's i need.The orange flavor taste good,i take a serving before and after each workout.Since taking this product i've had no problem with recovery between workouts and i've made decent gains.I stack with usp labs jackd.I've never been much for taking creatine & bcaa's in shake form,

Pump		but it's bearable....i guess i get an awesome pump during the workout and it stays even after it...i would definitely advise this to people who wanna strt of with creatine...
Taste		been using it for around a week or 2.....the taste is awesome, the creatine part doesnt mix well

Value for money		Took this because it was actually cheaper than the creatine pills that I had been taking before...bad idea, I dont think this supplement really did anything for me.


Taste		Saw some gains after 2-3 weeks, personally no bloating or aftertaste.
Taste		Would take 5g before workout and added 2.5g to shake after (wish I got the unflavored.)
