MusclePharm has produced a lot of good substances in the past so I wanted to see how good their pre-workout was. When trying it I had just cycled off of C4 (Ill talk about C4 in a different review) so the bar was set pretty high. After having the first work-out I could tell this stuff was legit. It was not like any other pre-workout that I have had because the focus was much, much more intense. I did not have the jitters or I did not want to kick down walls and burn buildings to the ground, but I just wanted to lift. By having this ability I could lift a lot more and the recovery was amazing. The only bad thing about Assault was that it was expensive and there was not much in the container. It did last me 3 to 4 weeks though, so if one were to only want to use it for that long then this product is for you.

Hi i used mp assault for the 1st time. i took 1 scoop 30 minutes before my workout. in the lead up to that 30 minutes i could feel the pins and needles coming on, then when i was in the gym working out it got pretty bad. the pins and needles are nearly gone now after 3 hours since i took assault. can anyone tell me why i would get pins and needles using this?

i've taken alot of pre-workouts before but none were quite as intense as assault

This product is great! absoutley great!!! if you are sluggih or just not on your (A) game you should keep a bottle of this in your carboard, closet,locker. Just in case your other product isnt doing the trick and youu need a real boost this is where it at!

Raspberry Lemonade is increasing in popularity as a supplement flavor, and I couldn't be happier. Muscle Pharm's Assault has a great taste, subtler lemonade, nice raspberry, not bitter or tart. Very well done. Energy was good, not the best ever but a nice boost. Solid endurance, nice vascularity, a little weaker on pumps than most pre-workouts. Strength, though was phenomenal - PRs on deadlifts and incline press, this is definitely worth consideration.

I am currently using this product, and using the blue artic raspberry flavor of this. I can say the flavor of this is phenominal! The best tasting product ive tried. The energy primarly from caffiene is solid as well. Pump in gym is great too, but like i said the first thing that really jumped out was the flavor. It is not only a pre workout energy product but also has a blend of creatines in it, as well as other performance ingredients. Overall this is my favorite pre workout product that ive used to date and suggest this to everyone looking for a great tasting product for pre workout performance. I have also used this before endurance activities and had good energy during my bike ride.
