Neovar (Applied Nutriceuticals)

New NeoVar “Recomped” is the most potent and biologically efficient creatine product yet. The Mono/PCr Complex™ in NeoVar is a precisely proportioned combination of phosphocreatine and creatine monohydrate that is virtually identical to the naturally occurring human skeletal intramuscular creatine pool stored in your working muscles. No other creatine product accomplishes this!

Additionally, NeoVar adds our proprietary Glucovar / Adenylate Cyclase Sensitization Complex™, which contains powerful, scientifically proven insulin-mimetic compounds that can dramatically improve creatine transport into skeletal muscle cells where you want it – without the bloat!

The two compounds work synergistically to create a product that triggers skin stretching, almost painfully voluminous pumps and muscle volume like no other product ever has. EVER!

  • Formulated to mirror your body’s naturally occurring intramuscular creatine profile
  • Increases cellular volume, maximizing muscular size and strength while increasing protein synthesis
  • Maximizes nutrient uptake for superior post-workout recovery
  • Promotes dry, hard pumps with zero bloating

Neovar is one of Applied Nutriceutical's more popular products out their, and has proven to me to be one of the better creatines on the market today. The muscle and strength gains were what you would normally expect from creatine monohydrate, but it's that next step they go to blend it with phosphocreatine which gives it that extra "uumph!." All in all, I view Neovar as a simple creatine pill with a few extra goodies thrown in, but nothing too fancy. If I were to reformulate Neovar, I would probably try to find someway to combine dextrose/glucose with in the pills, for convenience reasons and because I like to save my bananas for other purposes (not what you think). But seriously, I like the route they chose in sticking with creatine monohydrate, because it's been studied so much and been proven to be safe and effective. I recommend this product as a great value for the money.

It can be hard to judge the effectiveness of a creatine product, but after using this for a while I'm satisfied with the results. Noevar promises to offer increased nutrient uptake as well as provide creatine, which is something you don't see offered elsewhere. I like the idea of aiding recovery and do think it has led to some gains. However, with inadequate nutrition (especially post-workout, when Neovar is taken), this will not be as effective.

Got to try out Neovar Recomped for about 6 workouts thanks to the folks over at applied Nutrition who sent me enough to get me through that many workouts.
I was fairly impressed for the most part. I definately noticed a more fuller appearance in comparison to monohydrate. I didn't feel any bloating or anything uncormfortable in general to speak of. Strength gains seemed to be pretty much on par with any decent creatine product i have used. Nothing really noticable, but you can notice the extra push you have towards the end of your sets which can make so much difference.
Not a big fan of the dosing charts in comparison to the amount that is in each bottle. in order to get a decent number of servings, you can possibly find yourself using quite a few caps and the bottle may not last too long, and then it wont really seem cost efficient.

I've been using neovar for 12 days now and I'm a huge fan!! I'm already noticing crazy pumps, muscle fullness that last throughout the day, and my strength is way up. And for the price, this stuff cannot be beat! Go try it..
