Recovery ability		sure it is great esp for competition preparation ,but not as pre workout supplement ,but realy moderate power,and GREAT recovery,but if u wana a pre workout try NANO vapor or M stak


Euphoria		but at about 25 I've noticed an increase in moodiness.
Value for money		but bundled at a reasonable price.
Value for money		Psychosomatic or legitimate effect doesn't matter because $20-$30/month is an affordable price to pay to feel good even if I were the placebo group.

Strength		I finished one cycle - there is something to this supplement as well - I made some real gains in almost every exercise in almost every workout.
