Recovery ability		I think anyone who is looking for better recovery should give this a go, sleep is so overlooked for performance and recovery taking this along with atomic 7 and animal nitro/pump my recovery was much improved.

Taste		Pack tastes kinda crappy and that's really it's only downfall.


Value for money		A total waste of money, the capsules smells so bad it hard to take it without stomach feeling funny, lot s of burping and no improve of sleep at all.
