Physical energy		As a pre supp I would rank this supp 2nd of 5 ive tried...the energy it gave me was a sustainable type...i had no burnout after hardworkouts or crash...I also enjoyed C4 because it took me longer for my body to adapt to the serving size..However I can not say too much about this product because I stacked it with NO3 and cant individualize the results I got just to this product...BUT I can say that stack was def one of my favorite I have ever done..the vascularity and energy were'nt just insane for workout and gone after
