Physical energy		but found that I had so much energy that I literally COULD NOT perform such light exercises.
Physical energy		My workout lasted 3.5 hrs, with the C4 giving me plenty of energy throughout the day.
Strength		The entire rest of the workout was similar in performance with equal strength gains.


Fat loss		I know pre-workout formulas are like fat-burners...they all work differently for everyone.
