Lemon Lime

While there are dozens of amino acid products on the market, MusclePharm has actually introduced an intra-workout BCAA product with a fairly original formula compared to most copycat offerings. Amino1 features a 3:1:2 BCAA blend, with the emphasis on leucine and valine, but that's just the beginning. In addition, Amino1 provides glycine, citrulline malate, taurine, betaine, coconut water powder and electrolytes. In this regard, MusclePharm has provided a product that will not only encourage muscular recovery but also endurance and stamina for a variety of athletic applications. The well-rounded product also contains high levels of B and C vitamins. I used this product for a stretch when I was training first thing in the morning, fasted, and I found I had solid endurance and recovery. Since I don't often train fasted, this was a good sign. I didn't notice any focus or vascularity changes, but I felt I maintained solid energy throughout the entirety of my workouts. The product didn't mix too well, as there was the usual BCAA foam at the top and it required a lot of shaking. However, once well-shaken, I found the flavor was quite good. This is not the world's most cost-effective BCAA product, but it's not a rip-off either, so not bad.

I recently started to take a new Amino acid product. Amino1 by MusclePharm seems to help in my recovery and muscle soreness. I always trained fasted before,which was great but now I take this product prior to my workouts for an added recovery boost. The taste is amazing. So far I have tried the cherry-lime and orange -mango, both were very tasty. It is also quite a value per serving. It mixes really quickly with water and doesn't leave an after taste. There have been no side effects to report as of yet. MusclePharm always provides its customers with quality products for a good price. I will continue buying this product for all my amino acid needs in the future.
