I have not been using this product for very long, but I am going to be the one that has at least some good things to say here. I have my own equipment and work out 4-7 times a week. I have been to a nutritionist, and had to shovel 30 pills a day down my throat. I decided to withdraw from that routine and branch out on my own (30 pills a day is too much money) I have to say, at least for me, the biggest thing I noticed IS the recovery. I am working out harder and have little or no next day, or 2 day later effects. I have yet to determine if it actually produces mustle, but come on....if I can work out this much and not be sore....well I have to believe I am getting something out of this.

As far as the dollar goes, it is a little pricey, but any time you want to take a short cut, it is going to cost you.

this stuff will work when taken/used properly. ive tried it with a what the heck attitude of
i'll make it up as i go and try this and that as far as training.the results were kinda sucky. then i went into training mode- by training i dont just mean the workout, training is the whole ball of wax, diet rest and workout. with a strict regiment you will see and feel the effects.
1. take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, (on training and none training days) wait at least a half hour before eating breakfast.(so go do your am stretching and light exercise to get ready for the day, then eat
2. increase your daily water intake to at least 8 16oz servings.!!!
3. take it a half hour before workout.
4. workout no more then 3 times per week in the early evening is best!!!
5. workout no longer then 45 mins an hour max!
6. have a recovery protein drink within an hour after workout!!!
try to get at least 1g of complete protein per lb of bodyweight throughout the day
( 1.5to 2 g is optimum but the kindneys and bowels cant take that for more then 4 weeks or so.)
7. a regimented sleep cycle is imperative.
TIP lay off the booze when on this, lay off the cheap carbs

Leukic is an Alright supplement. i honestly wouldn't spend 70 bucks or so on this product when you could go out and buy regular L-Leucine for under 8 bucks..it just doesn't make sense to spend money when you dont have to. But your not hear to listen to me tell you what to do..are ya? Nope..didn't think so. The muscle and strenght gains weren't bad..leukic puts you in an anabolic state, so pretty much your body's always ready to build muscle when you take this stuff before and after a workout.

Endurance went up but very little and i didn't write anything for taste or mixability because i took the pill form..if there's a powder form mix it with your post workout shakes, so if it tates like ass it's not as noticable.

The label directions are ok to follow if you want mediocer results, but take one serving in the morning on off days..and on training days take one before a workout and one after..or just one after if money's tight.
This would be alot easier to do if you just buy L-Leucine powder in bulk and use it that way..it'll last you longer and you'll have more time to see and appreciate the results more without the damage to your wallet.
And that's all i gotta say about that.

I took leukic for two months and I was disappointed in this product. My strength did go up about ten pounds at the end me taking this product. However, I did not see much affects until during the second bottle. I also did not gain much weight from taking this product, nor did I have an abundance of extra energy. My recover ability seemed to be fairly well but I did not seem to be any more hungry while I was taking this product then when I wasn't. I took tablets for this product so the taste wasn't that bad. If someone cannot take pills you should think elsewhere then becaue the pills are really big. I feel that for the money a better product could be found.

This product along with the other muscle tech products are all overhyped garbage, I never actually bought this product, my friend gave it to me for my birthday present because he didn't know what kind of good products there were out there. This product doesn't do what it says it does. I experienced no muscle gain, strength or physical energy at all. When I took this product I expected to at least gain some strength... but no! Zilch strength gains... Basically all I did was waste my time taking this product and my effort to down it. I also noticed that none of my friends experienced any gains from this product so basically it doesn't mean that I just see no results from this product. The big picture is that this product doesn't work and I would suggest any other creatine product instead of this. Muscle - tech yet again made a bogus product with the help of marketing from jay cutler.

Leukic is another product that was a disappointment. I took this product for one month, along with a high protein diet, and recieved little to no results.
Muscle Gain: 1/10 I experienced no muscle gain in size or strength while on this product.
Side Effects: There were not any side effects other than having to choke down six large pills every day. The amount of pills sometimes upset my stomach.
Recovery Ability: This did not change, I felt just as sore while on this product.
Taste: The pills were hard to swallow and have a bad stench to them.
Value: Too expensive to have such little effects. I would much rather spend my money on other prodcuts.

Overall, this product did not live up to its claims. It says that it produces permanent muscle gains, however I experienced none. It also claims to immediately stimulate muscle growth, however, once I took the pills I felt like puking, not lifting. I would not recommend taking this product, as there are much better products out there for half the price.

Leukic is part of the Creakic, and Gakic line of products that are marketed as being wonder supplements in there ability to bring your body to the next level. Leukic in particular promises to increase your anabolic capabilities after the first usage. This is just not the case. I took a bottle of Leukic and did not see one bit of difference in my lifts. You have to take 8 HUGE pills and it really is a challenge to get these down. The one bright spot of Leukic is that not only did I see no positive effects, I also did not see any negative ones. Essentially the use of this product is a push. You do not really gain or lose anything by trying it, but would have a considerably heavier wallet at the 69 dollar price tag that my GNC sells it for. My overall opinion is that this product could be done without and really should be avoided due to its ineffectiveness.
