now everybody hear's constant debate as to whether or not Tribulus does in fact work to boost test. In my opinion, it does not. Although i did not buy it for that reason, I bought it to test out its libido boosting effects. Needless to say, I did not notice much of a difference if anything. I still figure i would finish off the bottle, maybe it would just take a while to kick in, or maybe there is some other benefits that i'll get from it.
3gm a day may not be enough, but in my opinion, it has turned out to be a waste of $10. you live and you learn, but this was probably a poor choice to start with.
If you're getting a tribulus based product, either get something with multiple extracts (as it may be more potent and useful that way) or get one that has a combination of other ingredients with it.
