This was the first real supplement i ever used. purchased this along with green bulge to use as a stack. This product in particular gave me decent pumps in the gym and was a great introduction for me into the supplement industry. Product is comparable to other more popular pump products on the market but far cheaper per serving. With this stack i made decent gains in size and strength. all in all in was very happy with the product. Products availabilty has become far greater. you can now find this product at most brick and mortar supplement stores as well as almost all online supplement stores. I definatly suggest the product to those looking for a very simple pump product that is extremely affordable.

I used this supplement a long time ago, when Green Bulge and White Flood were the kings. Judging by the feedback, i bought it and gave it a try, but after 3 weeks, i did not notice much about its highlights.

Sometimes i got a pump, sometimes i hadnt, but when on non training days, took my night dose (prior to bed) i noticed a deep sleep and the next morning i was ready to hit the weights again. Thats the best use i gave it because the pumps i got from it werent spectacular or helped me stay motivated, mainly reason i finish the bottle was because of placebo.

Anyway Controlled Labs does really good supplements and maybe its just that this supplement didnt work with my body but maybe for others, it did it.

I dont recommend it, much more better and similar supps out there.

I usually like Controlled Labs products, but this one was pretty sucky. The White Blood caps are pure dookie when compared to the White FLOOD original powder. Your better off with staright L-Arginine in reality. White Blood really got my heartrate up and i felt like i was burning 1000 times more calories; my veins were jumpin out but it didn't give my muscles a pump which i thought was a little odd. some more good news was i felt i could run a marathon with no problem and it makes you wanna get up and go do something (anything). IF YOU HAVE HEART CONDITIONS STAY THE HELL AWAY!! I found this product to only be useful for basically speeding up my heartrate.

White Blood is more of a mental supplement than a physical one. There are better supplements out here, but if your on a diet and wanna give it a shot, be my guest. Just keep an eye on how your body respondes to it, because if you take too much i can HONESTLY say it has the potential to give you a heart attack. I know i mentioned heartrate alot in this review, but its what it mainly did for me and i wanna let everyone know that, THAT'S what you should watch out for when taking this..good luck, and give it your all.
