Blue Raspberry

Yes, it's MuscleTech, but this is a pretty good product. Lots of energy from just one scoop, although the max dosage is three, I can't imagine how potent that is. The Blue Raspberry flavor is awesome, similar to the Blue Raz No-Xplode if you've had that. This has a pretty good profile, caffeine, creatine, taurine, yohimbe, beta alanine, BCAAs, arginine...you name it, it's probably in here. I don't like that it has 5g of sugar per scoop but that's not too bad. Mixability was great. Endurance was good, didn't last the longest, but this is a solid product, and if you only use one scoop per workout, the price isn't bad either.

Fruit Punch

The Fruit Punch flavor was a complete disappointment, and not just because Blue Raspberry was so great. This was borderline tasteless, not really much of a flavoring at all. Focus was good, energy not the greatest.

For starters, I am not a muscletech fan. Me trying this product was simply because it was on sale, and I wanted a new pre workout product. Not knowing what to expect because of the MT reputation, i definately took a chance. First off, taste, i got fruit punch, all i can say is, it tastes great, i have heard some say its terrible, i personally enjoyed it. Energy when i first used the product did not seem that noticable, now a few weeks into it, i notice it at a much higher strength, not sure why or how but i do. Pumps, so far of all the NO product i have tried (sp250, no-xplode, ragnarok, xpand) Nano Vapor beats them all out in the pump department. Despite being a kitchen-sink product, i definately enjoyed using it, and if you can find it at a cheap price, definately is worth trying

I put this under the energy section even though it has muscle building and fat loss properties in too, just because i feel it does more for energy than anyting else.

Ok, on to the review..a lot, and i mean ALOT of muscletech products are pure garbage, but this one acutally worked for me, when i was taking it. There was so much stuff in it (essential and non essential) that one way or another SOMETHING had stick and make a difference in preformance. This is great for mental focus, alertness and just basic readiness to lift weights. I knew it was working because after a heavy set that took massive amounts of concentration, the back of my skull tingled adn i got a little light headed. Now for some people this would be a bad thing, but for serioius lifters, thats a fantastic thing (proves that its making a difference).

My stamina went up as well along with some increases in strength more so than size. i started out with one scoop, then moved up to two and thats where the doseage stayed..i didnt need to constantly increase my dosage according to tolorance levels.

The ONE bad thing i experienced on NaNo Vapor was when i took it with NOTHING in my stomach..it would cramp up like a motherf*cker adn it was uncomfortable to the point if i didnt go away i couldnt lift. it always passed after i layed down for a little bit.. So yeah, find out your tolorence level..be careful when taking it and follow instructions on the label and you'll see a difference the first time you take it.
