Taste		I have been using Syntha-6 for about 6 months now and I absolutely love every flavor I have tried.

Taste		I have used the Cookies and Cream,Chocolate Mint, Vanilla Ice Cream and the Strawberry Milk Shake. it does have good taste and it was convenient to buy while I am deploy,but I was reading the label and found out it has a higher concentration of cholesterol than many other protein in it's class.

Recovery ability		rate on recovery only using 1 scoop a day for extra cals


Texture		thicker shakes are great, when at home (personal preference)
