Mixes well		Snytha-6 Cookies & cream Is simply delious & effective, I crave this protein!! mixes great, & its very effective for a bedtime protein.


Taste		This shake tastes so good I'd choose it over ice cream.

Fat loss		In the first two weeks, while using Cell Mass and Nitrix, I was able to put on 10 pounds and dropped 2% body fat.
