Mixes well		The powder mixes easily in a shaker cup without any aids (blender, spoon, etc) and no clumping.
Ingredient profile		The profile is not perfect as it includes a decent amount of fat and carbs compared with many whey supplements as well as more cholesterol.

Diarrhea	Gave me the worst stomach cramps and the runs after just one dose.
