Taste		Used as my night time protien for many months; great tasting, slow digesting protien, I would recommend for anyone looking for a slower digesting protien.


Taste		I do not take this anymore, i did for a while tho..I like to switch up things, and i found the perfect protein i use now..However this was awesome..It was the BEST tasting protein i have ever had.
