Taste		Syntha-6 is by far the best tasting protein on the market.
Taste		I've tried a lot of different flavours as well, and they are all great.

Endurance		Slow releasing protein leaves me going longer between meals without getting hungry, as is the perfect protein for someone who is cutting or trying to lean out.


Taste		This was one of the better tasting proteins.

Texture		UNFORTUNATELY the consistency of this product ruins the product.
Recovery ability		Product is great in terms of recovery and not being sore the next day with increased cals.
