Taste		This is by far the best tasting protein out there and it's slow digesting which is perfect for taking it right before bed.
Taste		but 2 of the flavours, aswell as 100% casein from ON and this one tops them all.
Taste		Would reccomend this to anyone looking for great tasting and easy mixing shake!!
Anti-catabolic		I take a shake a night with water about a half hour before bed and it has helped me maintain the muscle I work hard to build.


Taste		This is one of my fav flavors of syntha tastes veeeeery good.


Texture		It has a good consistency (not too thin like Isopure & not too thick like Gaspari).
Taste		BSN Syntha-6 is the best tasting by far.

Recovery ability		this made me recover great and has helped me put on so much lean muscle fast!


Muscle gain		I have gained 10 pounds of muscle in the past 2 months (1 month w/ Syntha-6).
Taste		This stuff tastes amazing and it works really well.
Taste		The only thing I don't like about Syntha-6 is that half of it is fillers (flavoring and such) so I wanted something with less filler and more natural.
Value for money		but about 20 bucks cheaper.
