Taste		Tastes goods and like the high protein and L-Glutamine in it.


Muscle gain		Unlike most other weight gainers out there which gets all lumpy and disgusting... overall I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to gain a few pounds of lean mass!
Taste		What I love most about this weightgainer though is that it tastes absolutely amazing and is too easy to mix with water or even milk.
Value for money		I have also compared this with other weight gainers out there and I can honestly say that this weight gainer has the most value in terms of the amount of protein per £ and considering it also has creatine in it.

Muscle gain		I bought this protein powder 4 months ago to try to gain more mass as I only weighed 120 lbs.

Taste		I love the taste of the cookies and cream and it's such a deal if you only use two scoops because it'll last you longer than any other weight gainer and it has 11,000+ grams of glutamine so there's no longer any need to take glutamine and you get 1.5grams of creatine so you're also saving money on creatine.
