Pump		Fantastic pump and the great taste is a definite plus.

Pump		Really helps with extra pump and works great on days when I have to do timed runs.


Focus		I get a perfect mental focus as well as extra power through my workout.
Physical energy		It gives you the perfect amount of energy you need in the gym.
Taste		First off the taste is great.
Ingredient profile		My favorite part is that they use con-cret creatine which ,you can look for yourself, is a fantastic creatine unlike some other pre workouts that just dump some monohydrate in there just so they can say theres some on the label.

Jitters	It never gave me the jitters which i like because I don't feel like i'm going to spaz out.


Focus		I used this after I cycled off of C4 and there was nowhere near the same pump or focus.

Value for money		This stuff is way over-priced.


Endurance		workout lasts longer than without this booster.
Physical energy		i started feeling the energy in 20/30 min.
Taste		raspberry lemonade is the best taste too.


Value for money		It work's great, I can definately feel the difference, my drawback is the price, 32 servings for 34.99 - 1 serving is a half scoop, I use a full scoop for my workouts so it's spendy.


Texture		The energy it gives me is defiantly present, and much more smooth then C4.

Taste		I have never tried one full scoop, and I still had the best workouts, without the crash I get from others(specially from 1MR) The flavor is great and refreshing.
Value for money		It only gets a 9 because it is a little bit expensive.


Physical energy		Performance of MP assault is great, nice consistent energy delivery.
Taste		Orange Mango was by far not my favorite as far as flavor goes.

Taste		I do NOT like the taste it makes me gag and leaves an icky taste in my mouth for the rest of the day, my hands and face VERY itchy, and I feel like I swallowed a bag of cement AFTER my workout.
