Taste		First off.. the taste of the Raspberry Lemonade is amazing.
Taste		I wish they made Combat in this flavor.. because I can drink it all day long.

Dizziness	The only odd side-affect I noticed was my head felt a little weird starting out.. I wouldn't call it "dizzy",


Physical energy		i've taken this stuff for three days know love the energy i get from it i can work a lot harder at the gym


Texture		It went in smooth no issues here atall.
Pump		My pump went down, my stomach, I guess is not able to take this in, so I had use the loo a lot.


Physical energy		Dont buy this stuff its a joke the only thing you feel is light headed and felt like you ate a elephant and you get zero energy from it i tried jack3d the other day and i had an amazing work out with out the bloated feeling

Nausea or vomiting	I could not even push through one set without feeling nausea do not recommend this supp.

Jitters	I'm not jittery after and I feel good the rest of the day.


Muscle gain		Iv'e tried a lot of other preworkouts and i tend to have to use a larger dose after awhile because my body builds up a tolerance, this hasn't been an issue with assault.
Physical energy		Assault gives me sharp jitter-free energy to get through my workouts.
