Pump		First off i have tried jack3d superpump250 and NaNo Vapor in the past prior to Assault.
Taste		The taste is good compared to the previous products,

Value for money		Solid product, i've tried dozens of pre-workouts and for the price this one gets me the best results.


Focus		Overall it was not for me, even with a half dose i was way too jittery and was not able to focus at the gym.

Ingredient profile		I found out that MP changed the ingredients, Assault is NOT the same as it use to be.


Taste		Otherwise, tastes amazing, you feel it kick it, get a little tingly and just tear through your workout.
Value for money		The only bad thing I can think of is the price.


Strength		been getting some great strength gains with this product its the perfect amount of stimulant I need to get up and work out love it so far!

Muscle gain		Thanks to Assault, I have gotten a lot stronger and bigger with JUST these 32 servings.

Value for money		But the only BAD thing about this product.. was the price, really expensive compared to C4 Extreme and Shock Therapy.

Taste		It tastes pretty good and my workouts are excellent when I take it.
Mixes well		The raspberry lemonade does not mix well with clumps of powder floating on top and some white crystals (,aybe beta alanine) floating around in the solution.
