Focus		I've taken this for around 2 or 3 weeks and when I take it I've had better focus and more sustained energy throughout the duration of my workouts with no crash.

Focus		Doesn't do anything a PWO should do: no increased focus, no increased energy and no increased pump.
Thermogenic effect		Furthermore, drinking 12oz of water before your workout doesn't really help since you'll be peeing most of the time.

Strength		I have experienced a noticeable increase in strength with other products though that i did not get with assault.
