Crash	I don't experience any side effects and I don't crash from it.

Diarrhea	The only thing this product made me assault was the toilet - luckily my gym is only a 10 minute drive for me to get there, otherwise i might not have been so lucky when taking it about 20 mins before the workout.

Taste		2- I've tried a different tastes, and Mango is the best, others are just OK. 3- I don't why,

Texture		I opened it up and used more than the s****ested serving amount (due to a high tolerance) and first of all it didn't dissolve and turned into a chalky, gritty liquid.
Physical energy		I waited forever to get the boost of energy and it never did happen.
Taste		And to even drink the stuff you'd have to have no gag reflex or just the stomach of a goat, maybe other flavors do taste better
Value for money		To conclude I shipped it back and got my money returned.


Motivation		I do feel a slight motivation to go to the gym before taking it.


Muscle gain		My workouts are intense and "I'm making ALL KINDS OF GAINS!", It's help me and my goal of cutting fat while gaining lean mass.
