Gas or bloating	but unfortunatly the only downfall was it constantly kept me bloated; at times i couldnt finish my routine because of how bloated i would feel.


Taste		It tastes good and works good which are the two criteria i care about most.


Taste		I have tried the blue arctic raspberry, raspberry lemonade, and orange mango with the orange mango tasting the best so far.
Taste		I would just like to say for the people who don't like the blue arctic raspberry, y'all should try the other flavors they have before rejecting it.

Diarrhea	But I did notice the almost immediate diarrhea and tingle sensation reactions.
Upset stomach	No noticable benefit, only upset stomach, and tingles.

Taste		IF YOURE GOING TO READ A REVIEW READ THIS ONE first of all let me say that i don't care about taste ESPECIALLY with pre-workouts.
Taste		you slam these down and go to the gym so if youre bashing this product because of taste ESPECIALLY this one and thats all you have to say about it, dont waste your time.
Taste		THIS STUFF TASTES LIKE JUICE ive had ALL OF THEM, orange mango, green apple, blue raspberry, raspberry lemonade THEY ALL TASTE GOOD.
