Taste		but the taste is nearly unpalatable to me.

Taste		Unless you put in something like 12-16 oz of water, this powder is STRONG tasting.
Value for money		Value: 7.5 I feel that for 30 servings (which is only 1 scoop, and sometimes that doesn't cut it!),

Value for money		Value: Assault seems to be on par price wise with other pre-workout powders.


Pump		PUMP is amazing.

Ingredient profile		A big scoop for a pre-workout, probably because of the high number of ingredients.

Focus		The only thing that I can think of off hand that would make Assault perfect is if it gave me the intense mental focus that Craze gave me

Taste		I'm really picky when it comes to the flavors of my preworkouts/proteins and I wasn't bothered by the taste at all.

Jitters	The only con to the product would be that it made me feel a little too jittery for my liking.


Focus		I got a sample of this product in a box with another order, I used it, and LOVED the pump, focus, and intensity it gave me in the gym.

Mixes well		but when mixing with water, it tends to have white clumps of the powder on the top of the mix, not a big deal,

Pump		Great Supplement for anyone who has a low tolerance to caffeine gives a great pump that makes you want to lift everything in sight and you (or at least I) never crash from it.


Taste		The only downside is that the new grape flavor seems to have a new formula and is really foamy when you shake it in a Blender Bottle.
Taste		Also the taste of the grape is horrid in my opinion.

Physical energy		If you want clean energy, and great all-around support with no crash, and no long-term negative effects:get assault.
