Texture		I bought a tub of this a few weeks back and started taking it, it is pretty thick when mixing with 20oz of water, the taste i was not to keen on.

Taste		I wish this product worked as well as it tasted, sadly I will never know.

Nausea or vomiting	I changed absolutely nothing else in my routine, aside from adding assault, and was treated with blue vomit about 20 minutes into my workouts.

Taste		I have been using this product for a long time and i think it has been the reason why i have been so successful taste and mix is just awesome.
