Endurance		but it definitely helps fight fatigue.
Physical energy		Assault doesn't really have the energy or intensity punch that other PWO drinks give me
Taste		The taste of the fruit-punch is bearable
Mixes well		It mixes pretty well in my shaker bottle,
Ingredient profile		One of the things that I don't like about Assault is the "Assault Proprietary Blend" on the supplement facts label.

Physical energy		While I think it does help out a bit with energy and the rest,
Taste		the taste isn't great.


Pump		I get absolutely no PUMP in the gym.
Taste		The Green Apple flavor tasted terrible and the aftertaste lingers almost all day.

Taste		But Raspberry Lemonade taste like what it says, and its great!


Taste		WATERMELON: Terrible taste, I couldn't even finish the drink.


Pump		On my first day using it I have experienced skin tarring results, "literally skin tarring" once I had completed my workout I noticed my right bicep was so pumped it almost tore the skin.

Headache	I won't reflect that in my rating since that it did work well before the headaches.


Taste		But, it mixed very poorly, the taste was just average (nasty sweet), and I felt nothing with 2 scoops--nothing.

Focus		I did notice an increase in focus,
Pump		That being said, it just didn't give me as good of a pump as the other two.

Taste		Xplode I would rate this one as a clear winner on taste and for being easy on my stomach.
Taste		Overall a very good product, the taste was just great, and it was nice not to thrash my gut like happens with others, it just didn't quite give me what I'm looking for.


Focus		pumps are insane, great mental focus.
Physical energy		gives me the energy i need to crush my workouts without getting me stimmed out of my mind, or jittery and no crash.

Taste		plus all the flavors are fantastic which is never bad.
