Strength		Within minutes of taking it, i feel like i can lift up the entire gym! Currently the flavor i have is raspberry lemonade, the taste took some getting use too

Texture		I bought this pre workout shake based on peoples reviews which showed quite a consistency for excellence.
Taste		however i have now tried the product and can't say i agree, I found the flavour overpoweringly sweet and actually felt sick during my workout (as a protein shake i use an 80% protein powder shake by sunwarrior health food/supplement brand) i thought due to my strict diet i may have lost the taste for extremely sweet nutritions not aimed at health
Taste		but taste popularity, when a friend tried it he had the same opinion.
Taste		Disappointed in the product and would not try again, would not recommend to any one who does not enjoy supper sweet tastes.


Focus		This pre- workout is great, it gives me the focus that i need to get through my workouts.
Pump		I gave it a 9 just because i wish it gave a better pump,

Physical energy		Takes a full scoop to feel the same as I would taking C4 or ON's Amino Energy.
Ingredient profile		Overall this product has all the right ingredients in it


Anxiety reduction		Have took others N.O boosters like n.o explode and jack3d and never had this horrible caffeinic and anxiety sensation.


Focus		It felt great and I was really focused.
Taste		The taste is unreal, I will have to control myself so I don't drink it all day it tastes that good.

Pump		The one thing I did not like about assault was that it did not give me as much pump as C4 does which is my usually pre workout.
Taste		Orange mango was my favorite, reminded me of a grape fruit flavor without the sourness.
