I took this for about 3weeks. The diuretic effect is pretty strong. Even though i drank a lot of water, I did experience mild nose bleeds a couple of days a week. My throat was also dry every morning when I woke up. Lips were also almost always chapped. Slight libido increase; not enough to make it remarkable though. Not sure if it was a placebo effect but I did feel some heat from taking it - thermogenic effect. The good thing is I had no joint pain like some people complain about. I am not sure that I will recommend this. Honestly I am not blown away by this product. I can feel like I am on something, but not sure if I got any real rewards. Maybe I needed to take it longer.

I have been looking for a bcaa powder for a while now. After doing some calculations and doing some research, I decided on Xtend. They definitely have a good formula here. Its tastes great(a tad sweet) and mixes very well. Very little residue left in the glass after a quick stir. It also blends well with almost anything else you put into it - great for making your own blends for pre, intra, or post workout. The price is also very reasonable. You may be able to find bulk bcaa for a little cheaper but you won't have the flavor system and instantized nature of Xtend. Those characteristics are definitely worth the extra bit. It helps me workout longer without hitting the wall, and also speeds my recovery. Great for cardio too.

I have been buying their stuff for quite a while because the formulas look great, and prices are just as attractive. It is nice to see that their prices have stayed the same even though whey protein prices in general have gone through the roof. Whey Tech Pro 24 is their flagship whey protein offering and it has everything you would want in a whey protein shake. You get 24gms protein per serving with whey isolates making up the bulk of that. I bought the Tropical Mango flavor during a sale and I have to say this is the best tasting fruit flavored protein powder that I have ever had. It truly tasted like I had mango juice in there. I gave some to my 6 year old niece and she loved it. It tasted more like a fruit juice than protein powder. It is great served chilled. Post workout this is my drink of choice. Fruit based isolates are not cheap but, if I'm paying about the same anyway, I might as well get the best tasting one. Mixability is also good - no problems with fork/spoon and little to no residue. It also does not bloat me at all which is important since I eat dinner quite soon after.

This is my unbiased review of this whey isolate powder. I like taking isolate post workout and it has to be a fruit flavor. Since there was a sale I gave this a try. A lot people do not like this company but confess it tastes great. This was a selling point for me so I got it. I have to admit I am not very impressed though. The recommended flavor was Apple Ecstasy which was what I got. Its flavor system is somewhat artificial. There is also a sharpness to it and a slight unpleasant after taste. It mixes alright with a fork/spoon but is not the best I have seen. There is some clumping and it tends to be sticky for a while. For me it just does not have that refreshing fruit flavor I was craving for.
